As you start to plan your trip, please keep in mind that the easiest airport to arrive at is Reagan National Airport. Dulles comes in second, and we don’t recommend landing at Baltimore-Washington International (it’s really closer to Baltimore than to Washington). All three have mass transit links with the city which we’ve included below. If you’re renting a car, or plan to hire a taxi or Uber, please keep on hand the addresses of both your hotel and our office, which is located at:
1825 Jefferson Place, NW
Washington, DC 20036
When looking for a hotel, we would recommend finding something inside Washington, DC and near a metro station at the very least. The Days Inn, for example, has relatively low rates at the moment and is just three stops away from Dupont Circle on the Red Line. The Embassy Inn is another good option, as it’s just a short walk to our office. Most area hotels will have instructions from all three airports on their websites.

NOT RECOMMENDED: Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI)
Catch the BWI Express bus (B30). There are two bus stops- one is located on the lower level of the International Concourse, and the other stop is located on the lower level of Concourse A/B. The B30 will pick you up outside at the bus shelter. Follow the signs that say “Public Transit.”
The B30 will drop you off at the Washington Metro Greenbelt Station. From there take either the Green or Yellow Line into the city and transfer onto the Red Line towards Shady Grove. From the Dupont Circle south exit, walk south along 19th Street and then turn left onto Jefferson Place.
